How to Reach Us

  • Email: timothy@porrittinc.com — include your product, version, and a screenshot if possible. Typical response: same business day.
  • Priority support: included with Professional and Enterprise NORMEX plans.
  • On-site support: available for Enterprise deployments and federal facilities.

Common Questions

Does NORMEX require internet access? No — NORMEX runs fully offline. No cloud, no IT ticket, no data leaves your facility.

How do license renewals work? Annual plans renew automatically; you’ll receive a notice 30 days out. See pricing.

Can you migrate our legacy standards library? Yes — batch ingestion is included with Professional and above, or as a consulting engagement.

Federal & Enterprise Support

Porritt Inc. is SAM.gov registered (UEI WQWHVJ1J98S9, CAGE 9Z7B9) and CMMC Level 2 self-assessed, so support requests from federal facilities and their primes move through the same channel as everyone else — no separate contract vehicle required. Before emailing, most install and licensing questions are answered faster by checking the product’s own documentation, but if you can’t find it there, don’t spend time hunting: send it to timothy@porrittinc.com and we’ll point you to the right place or fix it directly. Enterprise and federal deployments also get a named engineering contact for the life of the contract, not a rotating queue. If a product genuinely isn’t working as documented, treat that as a bug report, not a support ticket — the same engineers who build the software triage it, so fixes tend to ship fast.
